Neighbour Grant Awarded

A message from the playground committee:

The playground committee is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a $2500 Neighbour Grant from The Calgary Foundation in support of our playground build.

The Calgary Foundation, established in 1955, facilitates collaborative philanthropy by making powerful connections between donors and community organizations for the long term benefit of Calgary and surrounding area.  The Neighbour Grant program supports resident-led projects to help create and strengthen the ordinary bonds of neighbourliness.  These grants encourage neighbours, groups and public institutions to engage in dialogue and shared projects.  Please visit their website at www.thecalgaryfoundation.org.
